The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, completion, and profitability of process valves, instrumentation, control and automation projects, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This position requires the candidate to exercise multiple disciplines during project execution including project planning, metrics tracking, cost analysis, project reporting, managing contract deliverables, managing risks, and direct interaction with customers. Candidate must be organized, creative, independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail oriented, and flexible in scheduling and prioritization. Candidate must be able to multi-task, and focus with composure, in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities. REM’s territory spans the Carolinas and Virginia, with regional offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Richmond. Periodic travel across the three states is required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
