Keith Bellville


Keith is currently the Director of Platform Business Development for Emerson Automation Solutions.  He started his career in 2000 with the Munger Company (now Experitec) in St. Louis, Missouri. He worked in the configuration services group with direct involvement in projects for Monsanto, Sterling Chemicals, Millennium, Mallinckrodt, Abgenics, and Eli Lilley.

He then transitioned to the Refining and Chemical Industry Center (RCIC) where he was the Refining Configuration Manager supporting the Shell Deer Park, Motiva, and BP projects. In 2004 he expanded his role to include DeltaV SIS Implementation Manager and became a Certified Functional Safety Expert (CFSE) for Emerson. In this role he managed the DeltaV SIS qualification tests for Shell, Exxon, Chevron, Aramco, and BP.

In 2007 he transferred to Austin, TX, to become the Engineering Tools Product Marketing Manager and in 2010 transitioned to the DeltaV SIS Product Marketing Manager. In 2013 he managed the Modernization Solutions Group for a brief time as he transitioned to his current role as Director of DeltaV and DeltaV SIS Business Development.

Prior to Emerson, Keith worked at the Eastman Chemical Company in Longview, TX, from 1990 – 2000 in the DCS Central Group.

Keith received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla.

Melissa King Ruths


Melissa has been with Emerson since 2008 (10 Yrs.).  She is Vice President, Plantweb Solutions and Services. Her previous roles were; Corporate Strategic Planner (based in St. Louis), Manager, Rosemount Level AP Business Development (based in Singapore), Director, Rosemount AP Marketing (based in Singapore) and Director, Pressure Management Product Management (based in Dallas, TX).

She received her education from Rice University, BS in Chemical Engineering and MIT Sloan for her MBA. Her home base is in Dallas, TX, and she has one daughter. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving and crafting.

John Wilson


John is the Vice President of North America Sales for the Final Control business within Emerson Automation Solutions. He has been in the process automation industry for 20 years beginning his career with Emerson in 1998, and has held varying roles in engineering, marketing, sales, new product development and executive management. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for leading the acquisition integration efforts of the Pentair Valves and Controls business into the Emerson portfolio.

John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. He currently resides in Marshalltown, Iowa with his wife, Shannon, and daughter, Caley.

Dean Barnes


Dean is the Emerson SE Regional PMG Business Development Manager.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL.   Dean was Honorably Discharged from the US Navy  in 1991.  Following a six year enlistment in the US Navy as a Boiler Technician 2nd class (BT2), Dean began a pressure management career with Anderson Greenwood in Alabama.  For the past 26+ years he has spent all of his time in PMG sales, working in a sales region and out of the Emerson Stafford manufacturing plant.

Since 2006, Dean has been assigned to the Southeast US region working directly with the sales channel and customers to promote brand names Anderson Greenwood, Crosby and Varec pressure management products.

Jon Carlow


John is a Business Development Manager for Emerson Lifecycle Service

From 1996 to 2000 he was the Inside Sales Representative for an industrial valve distributor. Jon was responsible for handling incoming customer requests, specifying product, quoting jobs, and processing orders. From 2000 to 2004 he was the Outside Sales Account Manager calling on customers in the central and western half of Virginia.

From 2004 to 2014 he was the Area Manager for Emerson’s Lifecycle Service Center in Richmond, VA. responsible for daily management of operations, including in-house valve repairs, field service, turnaround engagements, ES&H program, and HR related activities.

Currently John is the Business Development Manager focused on the growth of Emerson’s Valve Connected Services program.

Dan Fisher

RE Mason Company

Dan joined RE Mason Company in 2001. His experiences at REM include valve assembly, troubleshooting, instrumentation and diagnostics. Dan is trained and certified for ValveLink, AMS, Flowscanner and general DVC diagnostics services.

Dan started his career at Fisher Instrument and Valve Services (IVS) in Columbia, South Carolina. After 10 years as a field service technician, he served as Field Services Manager for IVS in Memphis, Tennessee for 5 years.


Jim Garrison


Jim is a PE(SC), CAP, and CFSE and a Lifecycle Services Manager with aeSolutions. He is a professional engineer, a certified automation professional, and a certified functional safety expert with over 11 years of experience in engineering, engineering consulting, and construction in the power and chemical industries focusing on instrumentation, safety instrumented systems, and process safety.

Rick Gorskie


Rick has served the process controls industry for more than 40 years in a combination of executive, marketing and sales roles. His career includes direct background in the fields of control valves, field instrumentation (pressure, temperature and flow), single-loop and multi-loop panel-mounted controllers and several DCS systems.

He has also held other positions in competitive intelligence as well as in both aerospace instrumentation and process controls asset management solutions.

Rick is now serving Emerson Automation Solutions in the Process Systems and Solutions Lifecycle Services marketing and development organization and is the Global Sales Manager – Cybersecurity.

Jeff Gremillion


Jeff is the Vanessa Business Development Manager for the southeast region. His focus includes training Local Business Partners (like RE Mason Company), conducting joint sales, supporting territory strategy for Vanessa Valves, AML & technical specifications and supporting incremental growth for Vanessa.

He has over twenty years of experience in the valve industry, with nearly 10 years of TOV experience.


Bruce Hawkins


Bruce is the Director of Technical Excellence with Emerson Operational Certainty Consulting. A management consultant with more than 40 years of experience in the maintenance and reliability field.  Bruce has co-authored two books, authored numerous papers in trade magazines and has a background in chemical processing, power generation and food products manufacturing.

He has held the positions of Chairman of the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals Certifying Organization, Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), Best Practices Committee Chair, and SMRP Body of Knowledge Director.  He currently serves as the SMRP Certification Director.

He is a member of the US Technical Advisory Group to ISO Technical Committee 251, responsible for the ISO 55000 Asset Management standard.  He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional and a Certified Asset Management Assessor.

Brian Joe


Brian is a wireless product manager for Emerson Automation Solutions in Shakopee, MN, responsible for analytic apps and solutions.

He has a BSME from Purdue University and a BS in Economics from Butler University.  Brian has worked with multiple Emerson businesses in various marketing, business development, and strategy and operations roles.

Craig Johnson

RE Mason Company

Craig Johnson leads RE Mason Company’s Valve and Mechanical Services business.

Craig joined R E Mason in 1989 after graduating from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Al Lee


Al has been associated with Emerson Automation Solutions since the late 80’s in various roles & responsibilities globally within Emerson and with Local Business Partners. He has worked with PROVOX, RS/3, DeltaV, DeltaV SIS, PLCs, ROC’s, SCADA, devices, & buses. Al provides consulting to end-user customers, Local Business Partners, Emerson global sales & Emerson’s industry centers.

Al’s responsibilities includes development of sales programs and strategies for growing the DeltaV Digital Automation System. He initiates and implements sales growth programs and takes an active role in the pursuit of strategic projects in close cooperation with World Area business development managers.

Al has an understanding of process control (continuous, batch and advanced) plus extensive experience with the entire Emerson family of products and alliance partners’ products.

Travis Lunn

RE Mason Company

Travis is an Account Manager for the RE Mason Company, based in Greenville, SC. He has a BS in Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University.

Travis began his career with RE Mason in 2010 as an Applications Engineer with the Inside Sales group in Charlotte, NC. As an AE, he focused on providing Fisher Controls solutions for customers throughout the Carolinas, primarily in the Chemical and Pulp & Paper industries.

Travis transitioned to an Account Manager for the Western Carolinas territory in 2015.

Stan Moore


Stan has more than 30 years of experience as a maintenance and reliability practitioner in various manufacturing environments including aerospace, chemical and steel. He has broad experience in maintenance management, capital project execution, and reliability improvement initiatives.

Stan has developed and used best practice models and key performance indicators as enablers for improvement and has conducted assessments, facilitated RCAs, RCMAs, and established numerous PdM programs. He has been responsible for numerous cost management and improvement initiatives resulting in significant and sustainable cost savings.

Stan is also active in the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals including having served as chairman of the board of directors of SMRP.  He continues to support the local Alabama Chapter of the SMRP as chairman.

Juan Pablo Ochoa


Juan Pablo Ochoa, Mechanical Engineer. Business Development Manager at Emerson Automation Solutions, 11 years of experience in the power industry in areas like Manufacturing, Applications, Product Engineering, Project Management and Business Development.

Tommy Patterson

RE Mason Company

Tommy is a Senior Systems Engineer with the RE Mason Company. Tommy joined REM in 2005 as a member of the Project Execution Services group, specializing in DeltaV implementation. Currently he is a full-time on-site resource at the Savannah River Site in the Tritium area assisting in a multi-year DeltaV conversion.

Tommy has over 15 years of process control experience, primarily in the areas of specialty chemicals and boiler control. Tommy has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and an MS degree in Textile Chemistry, both from North Carolina State University.

Eric Snyder


Eric joined Emerson in June 1995, focused on reliability solutions and asset optimization. He has over 22 years of experience with asset optimization and reliability solutions for the process control industry.

Eric has authored articles for industry trade magazines and he presents at industry and company forums each year. He holds a patent (7,152,072) for ‘importing asset data into a database system used in a process plant’. He lives north of Baltimore with his wife and 12 year old daughter.

David Van Veen


David is a Business Development Manager with Emerson Automation Solutions. He has 34 years of experience with Valve and Control products and has been with Emerson’s newest Isolation Valve team for 20 years. David has covered all industries and has a good knowledge of water and steam systems in all types of plant and building requirements.

David looks after the Keystone Valve product portfolio and the Vanessa TOV for the Eastern USA territory.

Stephen West


Stephen joined Emerson in 2009 as Global Reliability Consultant, Specialized in AMS Device Manager Implement and Reliability Services to driving Asset Management.  He has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in management, operations, maintenance, reliability, asset optimization, engineering and consulting in major manufacturing and heavy industry, all over the world.

He is currently Business Development Manager for AMS Device Manager & Field Communicators and 475 & AMS Trex Device Communicator.

Reuben Wunder


Reuben is a Business Development Manager and subject matter expert with Emerson Automation Solutions’ Reliability Solutions, Machinery Health Management Business unit. He is one of the primary technical sales resources for the Online and Wireless business North American sales force.  He joined Emerson in the spring of 2012.

Reuben has over 25 years of experience in Predictive Maintenance and Reliability program development and implementation. He holds a Category III Vibration Analyst certification, a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification through SMRP and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI.
