Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), our Associates share directly in the success they help build. Prior to coming to R. E. Mason, I had some knowledge with the process of assembling valves to water skids, but after seeing first hand the work being performed, it amazed me of how many different valves there are. Being able to working along side the seasonal techs in our shop has helped grow my knowledge greatly. They have all welcomed me and have been assisting me along the way.
