R.E. Mason Supports Synthomer’s Batch Optimization—Featured in Control Magazine
Control magazine recently spotlighted how Synthomer enhanced their polymer batch operations using Emerson’s DeltaV Batch and DeltaV Live systems, as covered during Emerson Exchange.
As part of this project, R.E. Mason worked with Synthomer to transition their legacy charging system to Emerson’s Process Management Configuration Standard. The result: reduced batch cycle times by 30–60 minutes, allowing up to two additional batches per week and generating an estimated $60,000 in additional revenue per reactor.
